.I am a Mental Performance Coach with a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. I guide and assist athletes and business executives to uncover their blind spots and alter perspectives by improving introspection and self-awareness, thereby yielding elevated levels of optimal performance. I have worked with the U.S. Army, a professional baseball organization, nationally-ranked youth, collegiate and Olympic level athletes as well as C-Level business executives.
